Wife, Mother, Daughter, Blogger, among others are words to describe me. I’m Ann Marie Curling, and I’m a moderate to conservative individual who lives in the rural south, Kentucky to be precise. I haven’t always lived here though. I grew up in suburban Detroit, and have also lived in the exurbs of Chicago, and the city of Jacksonville FL. I wouldn’t have thought two years ago when I moved here that I’d be happy with where I am, but despite the fact that it’s been hard to make friends here I’m enjoying living here. My family and I get to Nashville a city about 90 minutes away at least once a month, if not more. And we go to smaller cities around us even more often than that.
I’m what you’d call a “Romniac” (meaning I’m a raving Mitt Romney supporter). I’ve been involved in politics since my mid-teens, and I’ve loved every moment of it. It’s absolutely wonderful.
